The first session is about understanding your story. We explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and what you want to work toward. It is a foundation-building session where we get to know each other and set the direction.

It depends on what you are working through. Some clients see meaningful progress within 3 to 4 months. Others stay longer to work on deeper patterns. There is no fixed timeline and no pressure to commit to a specific number of sessions.

Yes. All sessions are conducted online through JaneApp video or by phone. This means you can attend from anywhere in Ontario. Virtual therapy removes barriers like commuting and taking time off work.
